SHIPPING & RETURNS

General

o   We will ship all available items usually within 2-4 working days, unless the product states otherwise. Every order is packed by hand in our studio in South Devon. Please understand that some orders can take as long as 10 days to be processed. 

o    You will get a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

UK  Shipping

o   Usually 2-4 working days for UK orders. Tracked Delivery charge: £3.95. Free shipping on orders above £100.

 

Returns

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

o   Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any tags or packaging intact.

o   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

o   We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

o   Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
